Summary of Job Duties:*Maintain both paper files and electronic files for students.
*Greets and directs students and guest
*Maintain fiscal records
*Orders and Maintains Office Supplies
*Assist staff with the development of written materials
*Perform clerical duties such as correspondence and filing
*Provides information to callers
*Other Duties as assignedQualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
Experience in providing administrative/clerical support to creation of reports in a timely manner
Excellent phone skills required
Excellent people skills required
Ability and willingness to create caring, welcoming environment for students required
Demonstrated ability with filing and bookkeeping
Purchasing Experience-preferred
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality required
