Unitech, which is in the heart of Silicon Valley, is looking for an Administrative Associate to join the team. This position is a full time role.
General Office Administration:
● Filing, greeting visitors/customers, organize mail, coordinating with IT, answering/ directing phone calls, communications with all personnel, Office Supply maintenance, and general office organization.
● Compiling reports and sending out daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
● Help management process timecards for payroll, assist in benefits enrollment, worker’s comp assistance, biometric time clock maintenance, hang necessary compliance postings, recruitment assistance, gather new employee documents, maintain employee files/documents, COVID compliance management, and assist in new hire onboarding and termination.
Experience in AP and AR processes
● Highly organized
● Professional and discrete
● Verbal and written communication skills
● Excel proficient
● QuickBooks proficient
● Basic computer skills
● Office management experience is a plus
● HR experience is a plus
This is a full time, in-person position.
This position has potential to work at nearby affiliated company (3 miles away) and have larger role after training completed – growth potential is upside for this position.
Pay: From $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
