The Laboratory Research Technician will support researchers carrying out experimental studies examining brain development in mice.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree and one to two years of directly related experience.
Preferred Qualifications
• College level coursework in chemistry and biology• Experience with molecular biology, cloning, primer design, RNA-extraction, qPCR • Experience with mice breeding and genotyping• Experience with immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization• Experience with microscopy• Experience with cell culture
