The Associate Budget Director is responsible for various accounting and business operation duties within the Provost’s Budget Office (PBO). This role provides budgetary and fiscal management supporting effective utilization of financial resources for the Academic Affairs Division. This role is responsible for detailed tracking, analysis, general accounting and financial management of division activities. Responsible for annual budget preparation, year-end close process, and faculty and staff position management. This role collaborates with administrative and academic units in maintaining operating budgets, identifying potential budget issues and providing recommendations for corrective action. The Associate Budget Director will serve as the department lead in the absence of the Budget Director.

Salary and Benefits
Targeted Hiring Range is $86,000 – $91,000 and full University benefits that include 22 days of annual leave, up to 15 holidays, personal and sick days; excellent health, life, and retirement plans; and tuition remission.
