On campus, OIP seeks to make international understanding and global awareness a fundamental part of the curriculum and an integral part of campus programming. OIP was established at UNC Charlotte in 1975.
Primary Purpose of Position:
The Coordinator for Global Education and Engagement works closely with the Director of Global Education and Engagement (OGEE) as well as with the staff team within the OIP units to support the expansion of global learning at UNC Charlotte. This position encompasses a unique combination of responsibilities including, but not limited to, program development, classroom teaching, assessment, administrative duties, and outreach activities.
