Sundays: 1pm-10pm, M-Th: 3pm-12am. Some scheduling flexibility–building service hours change during summer semester and breaks. Evening and weekend work required.

Minimum Qualifications:

Position Summary:
The Science Library’s Evening Fulfillment Specialist is responsible to the Science Reserves Specialist for hiring, training, supervising 5+ student assistants who work in the Circulation/Reserves unit, and for performing public service duties and a variety of clerical routines.
The Evening Fulfillment Specialist assists library patrons in accessing the collection by managing a public service desk, including handling specialized services for library users, by processing materials, and by maintaining accurate records. The employee provides key assistance to Security at night and on the weekends in case of an emergency situation in the Libraries. Work is performed independently and subject to periodic review.
