The Cigar Republic Bar & Lounge (thecigarrepublic.com) located in Conshohocken, PA is seeking a full-time Head Bartender.

The Cigar Republic Bar & Lounge is greater Philadelphia’s newest and largest luxury cigar lounge & bar. With 5,000 sf of elegant space featuring the finest cigars & libations in a comfortable lounge setting. A full retail cigar area with an extensive selection of premium cigars all on display in a walk-in Spanish cedar humidor, retail is open to the public.

The ideal candidate has a guest-first mentality and a passion for hospitality. You have the ability to take initiative and show leadership while at the same time being a great team player

Position:

• Head Bartender (hourly + tips)

Compensation:

• $16 hourly + tips

Schedule requirements:

• Tuesday from 12:00pm to 10:00pm
• Thursday through Saturday from 12:00pm to 12:00am
• Sunday from 12:00pm to 8:00pm

Language requirements:

• English

Experience sought:

• 2 years of previous bartending experience in a bar/upscale casual restaurant
• Staff training and motivation
• Bartending/Mixology classes preferred
