Performs specialized, complex work to assist in the organization and implementation of various projects and programs. Work is performed under supervision within established guidelines with performance based on overall results obtained.

Major/Essential Functions
Receive, document and process invoices for payment by grant policy and procedures and Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center policy and procedures. Receive and disperse grant funds as required by each grant and within the designated time frame required. Bill grantor for services provided to patients eligible for their funding. Maintain clinic pharmacy supply levels for patient care and report to administration monthly for replenishment. Responsible for 340B drug compliance from purchasing to billing. Monitor patient payments to insure payments are properly applied. Assist Unit Manager with all monthly, quarterly and annual reports required for all grants.
Occasional Duties
Attend conferences and training to increase and support your understanding of how each grant is applied. Volunteer to help plan, set up and participate in at least one community outreach event annually. Administrative office duties as requested by supervisor.
Required Qualifications
High school plus five years experience. Additional education may substitute for experience on a year for year basis.
