IT CALL CENTER POSITION REMOTE 100%. Troubleshooting over the phone and handling password resets.
Description:
Our customer is implementing a 2 factor authentication tool. This will make an uptick in tickets through the service desk and they need additional support. Technicians will be working remotely taking a high call volume daily to handle any issues with the MFA tool, access issues and account issues. This team will also be responsible for general hardware and software coming in through the helpdesk as well as the influx of calls coming from the rollout. They will have different groups get the rollout at different times to break it up, but these positions will be taking calls.

Shift – Monday – Friday 7am – 3:30pm OR Monday – Friday 2:30 – 11pm
Training for first week is M-F 8am – 4:30pm
Reliability will be a top priority when selecting candidates. Must be open to working weekends and their shift for a 40 hour work week. No call offs or expected appointments during the duration of the role.
