The Tech Risk Insights & Customer Success team is seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Information Security Analyst. This individual will be responsible for the coordination, consolidation, operations, and production support of a highly regulated and critical report to the Chief Information Officer and Technology Leadership Team each month. The right candidate will be able consolidate dozens of metrics, supporting commentary, and other material rapidly from multiple stakeholders. This individual must have strong attention to detail and prides themselves in quality.
The Tech Risk Insights & Customer Success team is on an exciting journey to automate the production of this executive report each month. This individual will get the opportunity to contribute to new and enhanced product requirements in addition to gaining knowledge and skills in our new self-service reporting/data visualization tool. This is the perfect role for someone eager to learn about Information Security data, metrics, and reporting.
Organizational Context:
Works with technology and business partners across business functions/processes to ensure alignment, understanding and ongoing communication on security controls, compliance and information security risk management. Works individually and with teams on both structured and unstructured assignments.
Prepare and build the monthly executive report prior to the due date
Create the executive report template each month
Communicate key dates to metric owners and other stakeholders for the upcoming cycle
Coordinate with stakeholders to provide data, commentary, spotlight slides, and appendix material on time
Collect data for manually sourced metrics as needed
Update and maintain all page numbers and hyperlinks within the presentation
Provide an orientation and onboarding to new metric owners
Maintain the Metric Catalog with required fields as metrics are added/changed/removed
Format spotlight slides for consistent look and feel
Conduct the first level of quality assurance before it is sent to the Director of Tech Risk Insights & Customer Success
Distribute the published presentation to appropriate slack channels
Maintain the Standard Operating Procedure
Partner with the Executive Assistant to the Chief Information Security Officer to schedule the Information Security Pre-Review meetings for the year
Partner with the User Experience and Product team to build new requirements and capabilities
Partner with the Marketing & Communication team to document tutorials, videos, and FAQs
Partner with metric owners to automate manual metrics
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field preferred (or equivalent work experience)
Strong work prioritization, planning, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge or awareness in information security, compliance, assurance, and/or other security standard methodologies and principles.
Knowledge of best practices for metrics and reporting
Prior experience in Business Intelligence/Self-Service Reporting tools a plus
Salary Range: $85,000.00 to $150,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
