Tahoe Truckee Sierra Disposal Hiring for Customer Service Representative Job at Reno, NV Full Time

Hours of Work: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm (with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break each day)

Customer Service Representative (CSR) requires a high degree of accuracy, with the successful candidate displaying a variety of clerical and communication related skills. The candidate must be able to work effectively in a high paced office environment. Bilingual/Spanish preferred.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Ensure efficient use of call center phone system
• Enforce data input standards for customer records
• Monitor accuracy of billing and payment processing
• Maintain effective radio and dispatch communications with fleet operations
• Ensure effective filing system of customer paper and electronic documents
• Respond to customer questions and complaints and troubleshoot problems with services
• Attend regular staff meetings to assure quality of service

PREFERRED:

• Previous high paced office experience
• Software knowledge: Excel, Word, & Outlook
• Letter writing skills
• Ten key calculator skills
• Detail orientated mindset
