Description
The Director of Facility Operations is responsible for managing all aspects of activities at SULA, Syracuse
University’s Academic Center in Los Angeles, and ensuring the effective day-to-day functioning of the facility. Duties include, but are not
limited to, managing the budget, working closely with SULA academic directors to meet program and student needs, scheduling classrooms and
conference spaces used by Syracuse University schools, colleges, and departments, coordinating facility support for all programs and events,
addressing routine, scheduled, and emergency maintenance, and handling safety issues in coordination with building management and the City
of Los Angeles agencies and external vendors, as well as assisting with internal SU marketing of the
facility.
