Responsibilities:
-Promptly answer multi-line phone system while providing superb customer service
-Accurately input invoices into the accounting system
-Research and respond to both internal and external customer requests, such as answering inventory or trade questions
-Perform administrative support tasks by creating and maintaining filing systems, both electronic and physical, sorting files, invoices, payables
-Develop and sustain a working relationship throughout the organization to achieve quality results in an efficient manner
Other duties may include:
-Greet visitors in a professional manner
-Collate and distribute mail
Qualifications
-Proficient with data entry and Microsoft Office
-Preferred, 1-3 years of relevant experience with accounting software
-1-3 years of relevant experience in an office setting
-Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize incoming tasks
-Takes initiative and comfortable working independently
-Exceptional oral and written communication skills
-Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service
-Strong attention to detail

Pay: $17.50 – $19.00 per hour
