Lile International Companies, Inc., a leader in the Pacific Northwest relocation, storage, and logistics industries for over 60 years has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative at our Kent, WA branch warehouse.

The CSR will ensure that the customer’s order fulfillment process is successful by preparing paperwork, registering their shipments, and making the appropriate destination accommodations.

Responsibilities:

• Set up shipment: type paperwork, register shipment, make appropriate origin/destination accommodations, create labels, pull orders, and adjust inventories as needed.
• Process the online customer’s orders through WMS (Warehouse Management System)
• Create the customer’s monthly billing/invoice payments to set up their orders.
• Provide immediate, personable service to all customers, internal and external. Maintain positive customer relationships.
• Assist with answering phones and walk-in customers, performing basic office and receptionist duties.

Qualifications:

• Have intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must be comfortable and willing to learn new computer programs and systems.
• Data entry experience is required.
• 3-5 years of office, administrative experience required. Customer service experience is a plus.
• Have strong organizational and time management skills.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Accounting experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time, hourly

Wage: $18.00 – $22.00

• Kent, WA 98031. Must be able to reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 40-hour week
• 8 AM – 4:30 PM
