What are the Day-to-Day Responsibilities?

• Provide a positive customer experience by educating customers, responding to questions, building trust, and overcoming objections
• Promptly answer the telephone using positive and clear communication.
• Scheduling appointments for guests to meet with our RV Specialist
• Ability to gauge tone and display empathy to ensure a positive customer experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and easily adapts to change
• Ability to handle phone calls and emails for 8 hours a day (except for breaks and lunches)
• Effectively utilize lead management tools and CRM

What We Require:

• Outgoing personality with expertise in developing relationships (i.e., a “people person”)
• Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience
• Steady work history and the commitment to starting a new career
• Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
