Requirements and Key Points:

• Cold calling and prospecting via telephone

• Build relationships over the phone with customers and or carriers
• Handle rejection and stay positive

• Manage stress and perform daily tasks in stressful situations
• Provide best in class customer service to both shippers and carriers

• Proactively identify and resolve issues using critical thinking skills
• Preferred book of business

• Willing to utilize multiple software platforms and use said technology to grow business
