$ 2500 Sign On Bonus! The Customer Service Representative is responsible for sales order entry and management, after-sales customer support, maintaining high level of customer satisfaction, and problem resolution. Position hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 – 5:00.

Responsibilities:

• Performs sales order entry in ERP System. Maintains all documentation related to sales orders, quotes and proposals. Prepares required sales reports.
• Maintains required product inventory levels.
• Responds to customer inquiries promptly regarding product, shipping, order status etc. via phone and email. Refers customer to technical support as needed and may escalate issues to Sales Manager.
• Interfaces with Finance as needed for order tracking, invoicing and payment resolution.
• Assists with the creation and updating of ISO department related procedures.
• Processes customer payments.
• Updates price lists and part number lists.
• Performs a variety of other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of related customer service experience in a technical sales/marketing environment.
• Associates degree in related field preferred.
• High level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Working knowledge of ERP systems.
• Ability to establish a solid working relationship with senior level management, sales reps and technical staff.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines on multiple, simultaneous projects.
• High level organization skills.
• Self-directed – Objective directed.
