Position Description:

Join a team of PC techs to assist in a Corporate refresh of leased PC’s

PC/Desktop Support Tech. needed to assist with rollout of new auto deployment of hundreds of new machines. This is a cutting edge project performing remote imaging.

This is a fairly entry-level position, but must have some PC HW and SW knowledge. You will learn a new cutting-edge auto deployment and configuration process.

This project will be full-time, onsite Monday-Friday, 8-5pm in downtown Portland.

Duration: 6-12 months.

Responsibilities:

• Stage, deploy, document all PC hardware and equipment while ensuring optimal workstation performance

• You will learn a new auto-deployment and imaging process.

• Identify, research and resolve technical problems

• Work with Management and third party hardware/software vendors to ensure equipment and software effective solutions are best to meet the customer requirements

Requirements:

• Someone who has configured PCs would be ideal.

• 2+ years experience with desk side support in a corporate environment

• Proficient with Microsoft Operating System’s and Suites

• Excellent customer service skills required

• Must be highly organized and have good time management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
