The Opportunity
The Fieldwork Administrator is
responsible for supportive functioning of the field experience for graduate counseling program(s). The Fieldwork Administrator will report
to the Career Team Lead and work with the Director of Counseling Programs – Professional Practice, academic leadership, faculty, program
directors, and academic advising. This is a remote friendly position (#LI-Remote).
SCHEDULE REQUIREMENT: Your schedule would
be 8 AM – 4:30 PM with 1 late night scheduled Monday-Thursday from 11:30 AM – 8 PM per your time zone.
In this Role You’ll Get
To:
Use systems and reporting daily to positively affect student career outcomes, success, persistence, and
satisfaction.
Deliver upon the Customer Experience (CX) framework in every interaction.
Review internal
communication channels to stay informed and ensure delivery of accurate information
Coordinate with Career Team Lead and
Director Counseling Programs- Professional Practice to assist all graduate counseling students.
Be the main contact for a
cohort of students concerning career services and field
experience inquiries.
Implement an outreach plan as designed
by the team to support students in meeting their field experience requirement.
Help us provide appointments to current
counseling students to help them plan and discuss any questions or concerns that they may have regarding field
experience.
Track and maintain student records, communications and progress with program/check requirements across multiple
databases.
Assist students with the completion of field experience requirements including orientations, resume and cover
letters, and interview preparation for applying to sites
Help us support a cohort of students in how to research and
communicate with prospective field sites.
Collaborate with leadership to help implement new projects.
What we’re Looking For:
1-2 Years of experience in a Career Development role with a focus on preparing students for
a job
search.
Creative, strategic, and able to work independently and within a team.
Able to anticipate
future trends and problems and plan for them accordingly.
Demonstrate proficiency in operating a Windows-based platform and
learn SNHU administrative
databases
Bachelor’s degree
