The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the human resources department in areas that may include some or all of the following: policies and procedures; recruiting; onboarding; maintaining employee files; employment verifications; employee relations; benefits and payroll related items. Acts as a value added resource to the HR team recognizing opportunities to enhance value to employees and identify areas for process and procedure improvement.
