The successful candidate will be part of an in-house TA strategy team, who proactively supports the recruiting function. The individual will support various TA recruiting events and projects, which includes developing and executing project plans in a timely fashion and developing mechanisms for monitoring project progress, with the ability to identify patterns within TA data.

This role can be virtual within any US state however preference to candidates in the Baltimore, MD or Fairfax, VA area.
