How you’ll make an impact:
The People Operations Team, within the SiriusXM People Services organization, serves as the key resource for People+Culture (P+C) activities. As Senior Coordinator, People Operations, you will provide support for P+C policies and employee life cycle processes. In this role you will support the organization by providing P+C business process support, troubleshooting system issues and answering and directing P+C policy/process related questions. You will work across departments, interacting with our other partners in P+C, Finance/Payroll and Enterprise Systems to ensure employee questions and issues are addressed. In order to be successful in this role, you will be organized and have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, while managing your time efficiently. This role will be a key contributor to creating and improving processes that support efficiency and scalability.
What you’ll do:

Support full cycle employee administration, including, but not limited to, transaction processing and support, P+C program and compliance administration and answering employee and manager inquiries.

Maintain data quality and integrity through transaction processing, system maintenance and regular audits.

Manage Human Resources ticketing system (SNOW); supporting process, system and P+C related questions and requests, serve as Tier 1 support.

Ensure attention to all requests within an adequate response time based on established service levels.

Identify and recommend opportunities for continuous process improvement.
-
Participate in projects and initiatives to support the P+C function.

Participate in efforts to drive user adoption and user training.

Cross-train with other members of the People Operations team to provide backup.

Participate in system updates and enhancement projects, as assigned.

Ensure client service and satisfaction in all areas of position.

Perform other duties as assigned.
What you’ll need:
-
1-3 years of Workday HCM experience required
-
2-4 years of experience in P+C Operations and / or a P+C Shared Services environment
-
Experience supporting and partnering with dispersed stakeholders and team members
-
Clear communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to communicate complicated details effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization

Solid Excel skills, proficient in pivot tables, v-lookups and charts

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
-
Proactive and able to organize and prioritize with limited guidance; work independently or within teams, and meet deadlines

High attention to detail, ability to recognize and recommend improvement

Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity and professionalism

Customer service mindset with a positive attitude

Able to work various shifts to ensure support across all locations

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $63,000 to $75,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
