The SVP – HUMAN RESOURCES will oversee all HR functions in the organization. Workers need extensive management and administrative experience to excel in this role. This person is responsible for creating and executing human resource strategies to help support the overall business plan and organization of the company. Some of their duties include implementing talent acquisition strategies to help fulfill future hiring needs, creating career development plans, promoting inclusion in the workplace to ensure the company is an equal opportunity employer, and provide strategic direction, guidance, support and oversight to ensure the successful operation and continuous progress of Human Resources throughout the entire organization. Responsibilities:
The company is growing, and the SVP – Human Resources, reporting to the President of Support Services is critical to enabling this growth. This person will be responsible for all elements of the people function including business partnership, recruiting, learning and development, talent management, total rewards, HR systems and operations, and compliance globally. This person will be a partner to the CEO and leadership team in developing the company’s strategy and overseeing the company’s operations in a fast-growing hospitality and gaming company.
As both a critical strategic and foundational, operational role, the SVP – Human Resources will be in a unique position to develop business and people strategies to advance the company’s mission, principles, and growth, helping to create the company’s culture, and own the full lifecycle of their people.
