Job Summary:
A Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the right match for the company’s long-term goals. People play an important role and will be key players of success going forward. Assumes responsibility for effectively providing collaboration and positive working relationships with a wide variety of internal and external customers, as well as implementing and communicating proactive recruitment strategies to retain and attract. Manages the hiring process and hiring systems to achieve positive outcomes while ensuring compliance with all HR policies, recruitment procedures and related legal requirements.
