The position reports to the Director of Marketing and Communications and provides support for the School of Engineering’s website and digital media presence used to market the SoE. The position identifies, recommends, and develops web resources, digital media, and technology improvements that are consistent with the goals and strategic directions of the University and the SoE.
This is an on-campus position that must be able to deliver projects successfully and on time with little oversight.

SoE’s Website and Social Media used to Market the SoE
Content Creation and Design Work
Online Software Applications, Data Collection, and Emerging Technologies
Other Duties as Assigned
PROVIDES WORK DIRECTION
May supervise student employees.
GENERAL GUIDELINES
Assists supervisor by recommending initiatives. implementing changes to improve quality and services. Assists supervisor by Identifying cause of problems; develops and presents recommendations for improvement of established processes and practices. Supports supervisor by maintaining contact with customers and solicits feedback for improved services. Maximizes productivity through use of appropriate tools; planned training and performance initiatives. Researches and develops resources that create timely and efficient workflow. Prepares progress reports. Informs supervisor of project status. Ensures completeness, accuracy and timeliness of all operational functions. Implements guidelines to support the functions of the unit.
