About the Job
The Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (ODEI) is
identifying initiatives to support inclusive excellence and enhanced engagement across the Medical School and in the community. The
Community Engagement and Data Metrics Project Manager is responsible for administrating the Diversity Engagement Survey and the DICE
Inventory within the Medical School and using data to create and maintain dashboards to track and benchmark key metrics for
leaders.
The Project Manager will oversee the development and implementation of assigned DEI initiatives, focus on community-engaged
collaborations, and support research grant proposal development, submission, and ongoing maintenance. The Project Manager will collaborate
with the Medical School’s Research Office, participate in a school-wide team assisting investigators with complex grant applications, and
engage with numerous university and Medical School leaders, faculty, and community members. This position reports to the Vice Dean for
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
