• BOUTIQUE Retail Sales Associates in Steamboat Springs
• Part Time or Full Time positions available, Year Round or Seasonal
• Hiring both Shift Lead/Keyholders and Part Time Sales Associates

Now hiring associates to help us with day-to-day operations of our Ruby Jane Steamboat Springs location. This positions involve retail selling, customer service, processing web orders, decorating and merchandising the store within a growing local family-owned retail business.

Valleygirl & Ruby Jane Boutiques are known for stylish, unique and affordable fashion, accessories and home decor throughout the mountains of Colorado and along the front range. We carry brands such as Free People, Kut from the Kloth, ZSupply, Mud Pie, and more. Work in a fun and social work environment with a locally family-owned established company! Qualifications:

• Part Time or Full Time with some weekend availability preferred
• Organized and structured individual with attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Friendly and approachable customer service
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Professional, trustworthy, reliable and honest
• Work independently and enjoy creating unique visual displays

Responsibilities

• Retail selling fun affordable fashion while providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain the boutique’s visual displays, presence and cleanliness standards.
• Merchandise the store daily to ensure the floor looks fresh
• Receive and process new merchandise

Compensation:

• Hourly pay $17-22 based on experience
