We are a fast-paced, expanding Integrated Medical practice that prides itself on teamwork and a warm, caring approach toward our patients. We are looking for an experienced Office Manager that can be part of our dedicated and great clinic team.

Main Duties Include but not limited to:

• Cross trained in most clinic operation for better performance of job post.
• Creating and enforcing the needed policies for the organization
• Creating, maintaining and enforcing job descriptions
• Create work flow that is efficient and productive
• Create an environment where customers/patients are given the highest level of exchange and value.
• Create an environment were staff are given full direction to competently perform their duties, are valued and work together to create a harmonious working team and environment.
• Manage 8+ staff members

Qualifications:

• -Management/Business Education Background
• -HR Experience
• -Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• -Accountability and honesty.
• -Previously Managed a Business and Staff members.
• -Medical Setting preferable

Location: St George, UT*
*Compensation: Hourly rate will be based on experience.
Currently position does not offer Medical Benefits.*
Schedule: 25-30 hrs a week.
