Job Description

In this position, you are the data and analysis guru. You will support the EVP of Talent Operations and Chief Talent Officer at Publicis Media and will deliver informative analysis on HR metrics. You are entrusted and empowered to consolidate and analyze data to showcase strengths, limitations, and trends. By partnering with our senior stakeholders, internal Talent and Talent Acquisition teams, you are responsible for managing various reports and metrics that impact our greatest asset we have: our people. You will play a key part in enabling smart decisions by leveraging business data, metrics and external market insights that impact our employee populations. In your role as an HR Analyst, your analysis of people metrics and identified solutions will support both short-term and long-term business goals, across all of Publicis Media. Your role is invaluable as data and numbers consistently tell a story.

Responsibilities:

• Organization and streamlining of various reports, which include, but aren’t limited to, Talent Acquisition reports & dashboards, compensation analysis, turnover metrics, and diversity reporting.
• Maintenance of the HR Budgets
• Analysis and financial computations
• Support on Commission proposals and calculations as it relates to compensation structure across multiple pillars
• Measurement of full-cycle hiring success in tandem with retention analysis
• Creation and assembly of monthly PowerPoint presentations
• Assessment of current and future state processes, identify and escalate gaps/risks, and provide recommendations on mitigation
• Identification of enhancements to increase efficiency and consistency of HR reporting and improvement of overall employee experience
• Identification of high-level insights and underlying, specific drivers/causes
• Demonstrates a working knowledge of the business and takes a consultative approach in anticipating, assessing, and providing creative HR solutions to business priorities
• Partner to various brands’ talent leads to help with adhoc reporting and analysis using PowerBi and HRIS data.
• Consultation to internal clients by partnering on moderately complex HR processes, procedures, precedents, and initiatives integrating appropriate centers of excellence (COE) partners as necessary

Qualifications

• 4-6 years overall experience in human resources or employee finance role with at least 3-5 years analytics experience in progressively responsible roles
• Ability to partner, communicate professionally, be flexible, and able to prioritize and multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Adept Project Manager. This role will require working comfortability and swiftly in a matrixed organization.
• Proven experience in an HR Operations or similar environment.
• Ability to work in collaborative manner with remote team members in various (primarily US) time zones.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Adept with PowerBi
• Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends and recommend multiple solutions
• Basic knowledge and application of international, federal and state employment laws
• Proven ability to multi-task and follow up independently
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information
• Experience and exposure to a variety of HR facets including employee relations, talent acquisition, learning & development and compensation
• Proven ability to effectively interact with all organizational levels in a multicultural environment and build strong, trusted relationships
• Excellent consulting and conflict management skills
• Deemed an expert using Microsoft Office products; especially Excel & PowerPoint
