Charge Audit and Compliance Analyst – Hybrid. This position will work both onsite in Lubbock and remote.

The Charge Audit and Compliance Analyst is a member of the Texas/NM service area and helps to provide charge related support to hospital departments at all facilities in the region. This position will be a nurse who will perform chart audits, manage charging errors and work with departments for charge compliance.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance. 4 years of directly related experience may substitute for the required degree
• 5 years Analytical and business experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• RN License
• 3 or more years of hospital nursing experience
