The Program Support Specialist plays a vital role in the MLT Program and is based at PCC’s Cascade Campus. Additionally, PCC provides a tuition waiver for you, your spouse/domestic partner, and dependent children under 24 years of age, as well as partial tuition reimbursement for full-time employees at other accredited institutions.

CLP related work is performed in an office environment located on PCC campus. Assisting faculty with instruction is generally performed in campus laboratory room. Travel requiring the use of a personal vehicle is required in developing and monitoring off-campus clinical internship sites.Physical ability to sit, stand and move freely about the laboratory; Lift, move and carry up to 50 pounds is occasionally required; manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to efficiently, accurately and safely operate laboratory equipment; visual abilities to accurately perform and interpret laboratory tests (correctable vision to read size 8 font print, distinguish colors, distinguish shades and accurate depth perception); hearing abilities to distinguish a range of instrument alarm tones.Background Check RequiredYesPortland Community College complies with the Oregon Veterans’ Preference in Public Employment law which provides qualifying veterans and disabled veterans with preference in employment.
