Customer Service Representative

We are a family-owned, globally sourced lifestyle furniture supplier, designing and sourcing unique and affordable furniture for today’s eclectic home. The line has grown to 1000+ products featuring a full range of upholstery, motion, accent chairs, occasional, dining and bedroom furniture.

We are looking for a self-starting, strong communicator with great attention to detail to join our Wholesale team. We are a fast paced, growing organization and we’re seeking a pro-active, enthusiastic individual to join our team.

A typical day will include:

• Create weekly tracking reports to update customers on the production and shipping status of their container orders
• First point of contact between customer and various internal departments
• Interpret data and communicate effectively to customer base
• Sample coordination with Product Development, Logistics, and customer
• Enter Sales Orders into POS system
• Answer multiple phone calls daily about inventory levels, shipping, and more
• Assist the wholesale department with administrative tasks
• Assist the Director of Operations with tasks, as needed

You bring to the table:

Attention to detail

• Experience with strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, stay calm under pressure, and service our customers
• Experience and confidence working with the Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Excel
• A self-starter who strives for continuous improvement
• 1-year experience working in an office environment (required)
• 1-year experience working in logistics (preferred)
• Ability to like people, laugh at dumb jokes and generally have a good time while working

Pay: $25 per hour
