The position of Correspondence Clerk Lead (Digital Media) (SCA) requires strong management of the workload to ensure accurate & timely processing of all correspondence, to meet or exceed the deadlines as dictated by department management, company and regulatory compliance requirements.
* Lead by example; ensure staff are adhering to department & company policies, elevate any concerns to department management for review.
* Review employee requests & forward to department management for approval.
* Manage workflow and staffing needs to ensure contractual compliance with, and efficient, accurate processing of all correspondence functions all portfolios as assigned.
* Prepare & submit monthly and quarterly totals of team production to department management.
* Prepare & submit by deadlines all monthly reporting as required for individual client(s).
* Prepare, update, maintain, company work instructions and desktop level procedural work instructions. Submit as needed/requested and/or quarterly for review & obtain approvals by department management for publication.
* Ensure consistent & continual cross training of all team members to provide depth of knowledge for each task.
* Provide recommendations to department management on workflow and process improvements towards efficiency, accuracy and streamlining whenever possible.
* Provide timely & professional responses to questions, complaints, errors, and clarifications needed by team members, recovery/production department, compliance department, administrative & Customer Service staff and all management as needed.
* Create & apply proper training practices within training program for existing & new employees.
* Train and develop new team members, follow training record requirements and provide ongoing coaching, training and updates as needed or required.
* Complete accurately & efficiently any and all tasks as assigned by department management.
* Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
*Completion of Teleworker Agreement upon hire, and adherence to the Agreement (and related policies and procedures) including, but not limited to: able to navigate computer and phone systems as a user to work remote independently using on-line resources, must have high-speed internet connectivity, appropriate workspace able to be compliant with HIPAA, safety & ergonomics, confidentiality, and dedicated work focus without distractions during work hours.

Professional business setting, sits at a desk using keyboard, mouse and monitor to perform work. Headsets provided upon request. Works assigned schedule based upon business needs (full-time 8 hours per day/ 40 hours per week, and work extended hours/overtime as required to meet business needs) and requires:
*Able to work in face paced professional business environment
*Able to sit at desk, working on computer and phones
*Sit/stand/walk/reach/bend/stoop
*Lift/carry/push/pull under and over 10lbs occasionally
*Keying frequency, handling, reaching, fine manipulation
*Repetitive use of right/left arms and hands
Other Requirements:
* Must submit to and pass pre-hire background check, as well as additional checks throughout employment.
* Must be able to pass a criminal background check; must not have any felony convictions or specific misdemeanors, nor on state/federal debarment or exclusion lists.
* Must submit to and pass drug screen pre-employment (and throughout employment).
* Performant is a government contractor. Certain client assignments for this position requires submission to and successful outcome of additional background and/or clearances throughout employment with the Company.
