POSITION SUMMARY
The Administrative Faculty member at Pacific Oaks teaches a maximum of 12 units per academic year and assists the Dean with the management of various School of Human Development and Education (HDE) programs. This position requires professionalism, diplomacy, discretion and integrity in all areas of responsibility. The position represents the School of Human Development and Education while cultivating and maintaining positive working relationships with school districts, community partners, and the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CCTC) representatives. The responsibilities of this position require a commitment to promote excellence in the Pacific Oaks education programs.
We are looking for qualified applicants who hold a minimum of a Master’s degree in their specific field (doctorate or doctorate in process preferable). A desirable applicant will also be able to demonstrate a commitment to Pacific Oaks core values in their professional experiences, scholarship, and research interests.
This position can be remote (CA, AZ, FL, HI, IL, MD, MN, NY, OH, OK, TN, VA, WI only) and reports directly to the Dean of the School of Human Development and Education.

Compensation & BenefitsThis opportunity is budgeted at $64,480.00-70,860.00 base compensation. Additional compensation factors may impact total compensation.
