Rare opportunity for an experienced Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) with extensive union experience including interpreting CBA’s, participating in union negotiations, grievances, handling employee relations and HR generalist functions to join Nuvance Health. The Danbury, New Milford and Sharon Hospitals are growing and seeking an experienced HR professional who is a strong multi-tasker with the ability to pivot regularly and provide human resource guidance. This role requires an experienced HRBP with heavy labor relations experience. We offer generous pay, perks and a great career track.
