Nu-Way Transportation Services is looking for a logistics assistant to provide administrative support to the traffic/logistics team as well as the transportation departments within our customer base. They help coordinate the daily operations of a warehouse facility. Their duties may include handling incoming shipments, building load data, call out to customers to verify appointments, documenting equipment inventory, and resolving customer service issues.

To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized and understand the order fulfillment cycle with strong attention to detail These are the primary responsibilities.

• Track orders to ensure timely deliveries
• Build out new loads daily within TMW
• Prepare shipping documents (like invoices, purchase orders and bills of lading)
• Coordinate our supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery
• Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers, and customers
• Provide information to customers about the status of their orders
• Work experience as a Logistics Administrator, Warehouse Administrator, or similar role
• Knowledge of logistics software or transport management systems helpful but will train the right candidate
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong customer Service etiquettes
