The Position
The Scientist I will provide major contributions to the identification and validation of new drug targets, advancing novel therapies to the clinic, and developing technologies to accelerate drug research. This will be achieved by independently designing and executing experiments, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring completion of project key deliverables. The Scientist will represent the organization to the external scientific community through publications and presentations of research and through participation in external collaborations.
Relationships
Reports to of the head of the computational drug discovery department.
Internal relationships include project teams and research colleagues both in Seattle, Indianapolis and around the globe. Communicates data externally when required. May oversee parts of computational drug discovery operations and computational facilities. Individual Contributor: does not manage other employees.
