The Position
We are seeking an experienced Events Coordinator to join our growing team. The Events Coordinator will be responsible for planning and executing both onsite and offsite events including but not limited to corporate meetings, town halls, conferences, cultural and social events. The position will also include reception coverage at our three Lexington sites when needed (15-20%).
Relationships
This newly created role reports to the Site Administration and Operations Manager and works regularly with the site events planning committee and business functions to plan and execute events at US R&D facilities. This will include gathering input, ideas and feedback from stakeholders facilitating and attending such events.
