Develops and maintains relationships with distribution channel partners. Identifies prospective area employers to increase membership in all MVP Health Care product offerings. Analyzes and assesses existing competitor employer programs and implications relative to an MVP offering. Responsible for achieving assigned new business sales goals by presenting in-depth proposals and presentations. Responsible for complete and accurate paperwork done in a timely fashion and maintenance of accurate prospect files. Promotes MVP by presenting relevant MVP informational materials to businesses and professional organizations within sales territory. Attends appropriate business functions to promote MVP and establish contacts in assigned communities. Maintains patient information confidentiality. Develops and maintains a working knowledge of MVP operations, contract benefits and enrollment requirements. Performs other duties as assigned.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education: BA/BS in business, marketing or related field preferred or equivalent amount of education and related experience required.
Minimum Experience: Minimum of 2 years in recent business to business sales or account management. Insurance setting preferred. Must possess, or obtain within 60 days from date of hire, New York
State Insurance License in life, accident, and health. Must obtain the MVP Medicare Certification Training within 60 days from date of hire, or prior to first sale, whichever comes first.

Location – Hudson Valley Region, hybrid to Fishkill, Schenectady or Tarrytown
