About the role
As part of a site-based Tech team, the Tech Service Delivery Lead is responsible for overseeing IT infrastructure at a site working closely with Haleon Tech Support services including third party providers.
Role Responsibilities:
Proactively manage Site Tech operational issues including escalation
Own & manage site elements of Risk, Quality and Compliance management for Tech services
Collaborate with Site Business teams such as Engineering & Lab areas on issues or projects with dependencies on OT/IT infrastructure
Partner with Central Tech services to leverage shared service provision to site
Understands the Strategic Tech Applications and the Support Services to maximize the value created
Assure Business Continuity through the regular maintenance and testing of Critical Application Continuity Plans including Disaster recovery
Control Lifecycle Management for services owned by Site Tech
Manage OPEX related to Site specific Tech projects (resource or service-related expenses)
Act as point of contact for Central Tech Support Services, managing issue resolution at site including site impacts
Ensure validation lifecycle documentation is implemented in accordance with change management processes and regulatory expectations for GxP systems
Support key Tech and Site priorities including identification of new technologies
Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
Associate degree in Computer Systems Analyst and/or Network and Computer System Administrator or related field of study
3+ years’ experience in an equivalent role preferably in regulated manufacturing environment
Good knowledge and understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle
Good knowledge and understanding of IT systems and how they apply to supported business areas.
Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills.
Must be able to work with minimal supervision. Ability to plan own work to meet objectives, and to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a manufacturing environment with a good understanding of manufacturing principles and practices highly prefered
Technical experience with Client/Server and Network Architecture
Knowledge of Microsoft Power Bi applications with proficiency a plus
Knowledge and experience working with Six Sigma/Lean Sigma processes and tools including Agile ways of working.
Experience with Microsoft office products and development tools.
