Job Requirements:

• Answer incoming phone calls and customer service questions.
• Make outgoing calls to our valuable customer base.
• Complete projects by communicating the value of the products and services we provide for our customers.
• Learn the science behind lawn care applications and be able to professionally answer customer questions, concerns, and issues; and
• The priority of this position is to handle customer calls. Punctuality to answer calls and ensure customers have a positive experience.
• Customer relations and ensure all customer issues are handled timely and in a professional manner.
• Prepare and maintain detailed Excel spreadsheets.

Must have:

• Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving appropriately.
• Technical Skills should be intermediate to proficient – Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Real Green, and Time Tap software
• Experience in a high call volume Call Center 2 – 3 years minimum
• Customer service – Ability to communicate with customers using strong customer service ethics. Ensures customer satisfaction by addressing aggravated or displeased customers in various situations; responding promptly to customer needs by directing their request or complaint to the appropriate service department or staff; soliciting customer feedback to improve service; meeting commitments
• Oral Communication – Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions and requests.
• Must be detail-oriented to multi-task on a dual monitor system using up to 4 programs.
• Demonstrate skilled geographical knowledge of Southern Maryland and areas of Northern Maryland
• Dependability- Follows directions, responds to management direction; Takes responsibility for own actions; completes tasks on time or notifies the appropriate person with an alternate plan.
• Professionalism – Approaches others in a tactful manner; reacts well under pressure; Treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their position
