The Michigan School of Psychology (MSP), located in Farmington Hills, MI, is a dynamic, independent, not-for-profit higher education
institution providing master of arts and doctoral degrees in clinical psychology and a post-masters certificate in applied behavior
analysis. MSP seeks an energetic and innovative individual to fill the full-time staff position of Coordinator of Admissions and Student
Engagement.
As an integral part of the Student Service Team, the Coordinator of Admissions and Student Engagement is responsible for
all aspects of admissions and reports to the Director of Student Services/Registrar. Duties include monitoring and identifying best
practices in graduate student recruitment/program marketing, participating in graduate school fairs and outreach initiatives, meeting with
prospective students, conducting tours, and planning open house events. This individual collaborates with the Dean of Academic Programs, and
other faculty in annually reviewing and updating program admission criteria and coordinates the application, interview, and selection
process. Through external monitoring of trends in graduate admission and management of the enrollment process, the Coordinator is vital to
the development of each entering class and reaching enrollment goals. In support of retention and the success of the student’s
academic experience, this individual will develop and implement student engagement programming. This includes developing a robust
programming plan, overseeing career services offerings, assisting with multicultural programming, and creating connections with community
partners around programming initiatives. The Coordinator will advise faculty and students on the development of student organizations and
compliance with institutional policy.

benefits. This is not a remote position; work is performed in-person on campus.
Salary: starting at $52,000

About MSP: The Michigan School of Psychology, an
independent not-for-profit graduate school, provides an educational climate which inspires students to live up to their potential,
professionally and personally. The Michigan School Psychological Clinic opened in 2020 providing low-cost psychological testing,
psychotherapy and Applied Behavior Analysis services for the Greater Metro Detroit Community. The MSP mental health clinic is staffed by a
Clinic Director, Clinic Supervisors, and graduate practicum students from MSP’s master’s and doctoral programs. Fees for mental
health services are calculated on an income-based sliding scale. The clinic provides education and training of MSP graduate students, as
well as offer opportunities for advancing clinical research, institutional collaborations, and community partnerships.
