The IT Talent Enablement team is hiring an ‘Associate Director, IT Talent Pipeline Programs’ to lead our various talent programs that feed our talent pipeline.- This consists of leadership within our pipeline programs including:- management of our US summer intern program, strategic alignment to our Global Emerging Talent Rotational (ETR) program, and programming of our US diversity partnerships (i.e. apprenticeship program).

In this role you will…

• Plan and execute all aspects of the US summer intern program.- This includes intern recruiting support, onboarding, coordination of events and activities, an end of program ‘Super Day’ for interviewing full-time applicants and managing the program budget.
• Plan and execute US apprenticeship program including program activities, communications coordination with participants/managers, collaboration with Global Talent Acquisition/vendor, and end of program conversion process.
• Drive global alignment between our intern and apprenticeship programs with our Emerging Talent Rotational (ETR) program, collaborating with regional program leads.
• Collaborate within the organization, and with our Workforce Planning team to identify intern and apprenticeship opportunities and match candidates appropriately.- Identify opportunities for conversion post program.
• Collaborate with intern/apprentice managers in the organization to ensure a consistent and positive experience for candidates.
• Continuously evolve the programs’ strategies and identify/implement innovative opportunities to enhance their structures and candidate experiences.
• Support other ad hoc talent management programs and contribute to additional talent pipeline initiatives as required.

Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.

Expected salary range:
$118,640.00 – $186,800.00
