Omega Accounting Solutions is in hyper growth mode and seeking an experienced Director of IT to join our team and oversee and manage the technical infrastructure within our organization. Please note: This position is fully on-site.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Develop company-wide IT strategy and roadmap
• Design, implement, and maintain IT systems
• Provide strategic leadership on IT projects
• Identify technology needs and make recommendations to executive team
• Develop information/data architecture
• Coordinate IT tasks, such as software updates, to ensure minimal downtime
• Lead department process development and documentation
• Manage IT staff, including hiring, supervision, collaboration, and performance
• Oversee IT help desk
• Manage networking, development, and disaster recovery processes
• Plan and manage department budget
• Understand and manage vendor contracts

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years’ experience working in IT operations, supervising technology teams, and overseeing large information technology projects
• Excellent understanding of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and telecommunication systems
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
• Strong knowledge of project management principles
• Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting platforms would be beneficial

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 – $165,000.00 per year
