PART TIME Human Resources (HR) Coordinator – Waunakee, WI (On-Site)
Company & Position Overview:
Meffert Oil Company (MOC) Trucking LLC., a family-owned company of approximately 50 employees, is seeking a part-time HR Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be interested in being trained for career progression into a full-time HR professional position. The primary responsibilities include administration of employee onboarding and benefits coordination.
Position Description:
The Human Resource Coordinator assists with the facilitation of human resource processes. This role assists in the administration of employee benefits and administrative functions including preparation of HR reports and compliance filings. The Human Resource Coordinator ensures that plans are administered in accordance with federal and state regulations and that plan provisions are followed. This role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry.

Duties/Responsibilities:
To be successful in this opportunity, you will meet the following qualifications:
· High school diploma required, Associates degree or Human Resource certificate preferred.
§ Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
§ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
§ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
§ Ability to maintain confidential information.
Physical Requirements:
§ Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
§ Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
