Summary:
The IT Support Specialist provides technical assistance to computer system users. Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, via telephone, or from remote locations.

Competencies:
Education and Experience:
Education: Four year degree in computer science or equivalent work experience in a similar environment
Experience: Two years of work-related experience
Knowledge of: Windows XP, Windows 7, Microsoft Office 2007, Microsoft Exchange Server Administration, Microsoft Active Directory Administration TCP/IP Networking
Preferred: Shoretel Phone systems and overall telecommunication administration
