You will be an important contributor in shaping strategy within the P2P area working with team managers.You will run reports, analyzing metrics, and help develop action plans to change behavior.The AP Analyst will assume many responsibilities and will draw upon experience, user group engagement, and gathering requirements based on reports and feedback. You will partner with GSS, IT, GBS teams, and internal customers to resolve issues and recommend applicable items. This is a hybrid role based in Eugene, Oregon.

About the Job

• You will be responsible for complex reporting requiring knowledge of global P2P functionality.

• You will prepare and analyze specialized financial reports, both internal and external, requiring the selection and interpretation of data.

• Provide Trial Balance commentary, 6-digit GL account review, and other analysis regarding changes in financial statements.

• Support ongoing training, working with multiple teams, to ensure success.

• You will review and approve reconciliations.

• Write documentation to support and describe current/future work processes.

• Provide support within the team to meet work deadlines.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree (5+ years of combined college education and work experience may be substituted for a degree)

• Minimum 3 years accounts payable experience

• Experience in a high-volume electronic Accounts Payable processing environment

• Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data, format into reports, and make judgments based on applicable knowledge

• Strong computer literacy in MS Office products with advanced skills in Excel

• Accounting knowledge-familiarity with debits/credits and cash accounts

• Doesn’t hesitate to follow up on goals/commitments

• Understanding of assets and liabilities with the ability to classify accounts

The expected starting salary range for this role is $57,500- $90,500. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
