Description
The Leidos Health Social Security Administration Operation has an opening for a Client Engagement Director (CED) located in the Baltimore, MD area.
The CED will report to the Social Security Administration Division Manager. This position will provide multi-faceted operational, business growth, and strategic development support the Social Security Administration account. This candidate will have the proven ability to operate a business with multiple service offerings, a track record of building and sustaining a culture of operational excellence, and a proven ability to execute to an annual operating plan.
The CED is responsible for strengthening and advancing trusted relationships with and growing Leidos business within SSA and for growing Leidos business within the SSA. The CED must have extensive career experience and recognized credentials supporting SSA missions and operations, a vibrant and sustained network and strong team and relationship building skills.
The candidate must have a fully developed understanding of current and evolving SSA programs, and be fully knowledgeable of the associated doctrine, strategies, operational concepts, and requirements. The candidate must be familiar with the SSA leadership and be able to exchange information and ideas with influencers and decision makers supporting SSA strategy, plans and programs.

Pay Range $142,350.00 – $219,000.00 – $295,650.00
