Job Summary:
The HR Generalist will perform the Generalist function with an emphasis in administrative compliance management processes across the organization; including; however not limited to, proactively reviewing and updating compliance documentation, proactively tracking federal and state requirements, auditing data/retention requirements related to reporting and business operations on a multi-state basis. In the HR Generalist capacity, other contributions will be made across the HR function, including administration, reporting, HR metrics & tracking, records retention, workforce management, recruiting, and health & safety with an integrated partnership with cross-functional teams to effectively ensure compliance protocols are maintained.
