Responsibilities
Recruitment for all organizational roles with a spotlight on non-sales positions.
A member of the team responsible for processing semi-monthly payroll.
Champion the change process enabling a workplace where employees can work effectively toward strategic goals.
Contribute to the company’s performance management objectives and goals and monitor employee adherence to performance management schedules.
Assist in various administrative duties including event planning, charitable endeavors, travel, procurement, and other ad hoc requests.
Address employee satisfaction issues promptly.
Responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining accurate and timely data within the Human Resources Information System and vendor websites (e.g., benefits, 401K)
Champion Laufer’s wellness initiatives.
Support delivery of company training modules.
Contribute to compliance endeavors including analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization.
Constantly evaluate company systems to ensure maximum utilization of resources.

Salary range: $40,000-$45,000 depending on experience
